Kikouken – Chun-Li will wind up a bit and toss out a small ki blast with her hand.  The Kikouken is a surprisingly weak attack which speed widely varies.  However, the faster it is, the quicker it dissipates.

Hyakuretsukyaku – A classic and famous attack, Chun-Li will kick furiously at her opponent with her leg, hitting multiple times.  The Hyakuretsukyaku has low priority and minor range, but holds decent power to it and comes out fairly fast.  There’s also practically no cooldown from it, either, so it makes for a safe attack, too.

Tenshoukyaku – Chun-Li jumps up with a whirlwind-like attack at an angle.  This move is a fair anti-air but has rather large cooldown that can be punished by anything.

Kikoushou – Chun-Li winds up her ki and unleashes it in a large orb of ki energy from her palms, covering the front of her body.  The move is pretty powerful yet has medium range

Hoyoukusen – Chun-Li jets forward a bit and gives a high-powered Hyakuretsukyaku, then switches legs before finishing with a high kick to the head.  The Hoyoukusen has been battle-proven to be one of the most effective moves in the circuit due to its power, speed, and combo-ablility.  It can be chained into and out of, so anytime this connects, the battle instantly turns to Chun-Li’s favor.

Hazan Tenshoukyaku – A powered version of the original Tenshoukyaku.

Kikoushou Goku – An even more powerful version of the Kikoushou, Chun-Li reers her back and then unleashes all her ki into a massive dome covering the remote area. 

Shichisei Senkukyaku – One of the legendary attacks rumored about the circuit, it’s also Chun-Li’s only air super attack.  Chun-Li will dash forward through the air and if she connects, the surroundings will turn black and she’ll hang in the air along with her opponent behind them with a kick... then several Chinese letters will appear in the air before lightning strikes and Chun-Li lands, her opponent dropping lifelessly into the ground.  The Chicheisei Senkukyaku just barely beats out the Kikoushou Goku in power, which definitely makes it one of the most powerful attacks in existence.  The opening dash goes through anything and for that small dash she’s invincible.  The attack is blockable, however.
