and then finish with a hard blowout kick with her right leg, knocking her opponent far away from her. Like a majority of her moves, it can be delayed, making her fake her jump.
NAME:
Okaeshi

Shishi Ku
TRANSLATION:
Lion Roar
COMMAND: QCF + P during a delayed special
QUOTE:
“AHOO!”
DESCRIPTION:
Fen quickly stands and fires off a blazingly fast fist that has less horizontal range than the Yamenekosougi yet is better

DESCRIPTION:
Fen will plant her feet into the ground and brace herself, then shoot forward with a huge kick without warning, moving so
fast she slices the air in which she travels through. If the move’s blocked,
Fen will hit once and bounce back into the air, away from her opponent. If it
connects, though, the single kick will hit multiple times, ripping through her opponent’s body until they get sent across
the field.

COMMAND:
QCF QCF + PP
QUOTE:
“Haaaah! *battle shouts* How’s THAT!?”
DESCRIPTION:
An extended version of the Shishi Mai; Fen start off just like the normal version, only the strikes are a lot faster and she
adds more to it... 21 more to be exact.
Also, the last knuckle has a lot more spice to it. It has the same priorities
to it and can be Mystic Canceled.
Level 3 Hyper Art
NAME:
Fuushi-Ryuu Ougi: Kyuukyoku Fuujin Ken
TRANSLATION:
Wind God’s Style Hidden Art: Ultimate Wind God Fist
COMMAND:
QCB, QCB + P
QUOTE:
“You’re finished! *battle shouts* FUUSHI-RYUU OUGI: KYUUKYOKU FUUJINKEN!!! *giggles* Still breathing, right, loser?”
DESCRIPTION:
The Fuushi Style’s ultimate attack. Fen will start off by quickly dashing
a very short distance. If she’s close enough, even if her opponent’s
blocking, she’ll ram her back fist up into her opponent’s chin for an extremely heavy blow, a ‘boom’
sounding as it connects. As her opponent is stunned, Fen will then thrust her
palm hard into the guy’s chest (another ‘boom’), then go into a spinning knuckle blow (another ‘boom’),
then an uppercut to the chin, hurtling her opponent up into the air for a long while, giving her time to channel her inner
strength into her fist... On the way down, she’ll end the devastating attack
by stomping down on the ground (the Earth trembling as she does so) and unleash all her might into a final Yamenekosougi,
its power and force totally demolishing her opponent’s insides while kicking up a typhoon of dust around her, its force
blowing her opponent full across the area. The move is a very high impact attack
that has nice start-up priority, yet terrible range. It’s power, however,
it’s almost second to none, and is almost on the devastating power of Ryu’s Shin Shoryuken, if not more than,
especially on counter hit.

HISTORY
Xiao Fen is the only
child of a Chinese woman and an Indonesian man. Unlike most fighters, especially
her best friend, Shui Mei-Ling, fighting doesn’t flow in Fen’s veins. She
picked up the way of the warrior when she was 6 to cope with the fact that her father left the family for reasons unknown
to either her or her mother. Fen and her mother moved to Japan for two years
to get away from the memories in Palu, and opted to start life new, however, Fen just couldn’t get the hate out of her
heart. To cope with it, she took up the study of Fuushi style martial arts. Fen grew a connection to the moves she learned throughout her stay in Japan, where she learned to hit with the force of a typhoon
at any given moment. The connection to the “Wind Gods Style” seemed
to purify her conscience and clear her mind, making her forget about her father and her worries, replacing the old Fen with
this new, much more carefree girl. It also lifted her mother’s spirit as
well and throughout their years they lived happily, even when they moved to Shanghai
when Fen turned 8. It was there that Fen decided to try her skills out against
other kids her age, and joined a junior tournament being held in the center of the city.
That day she met a 10-year-old girl named Shui Mei-Ling, who was one of the favorites to win the tournament. They quickly made friends with one another almost upon sight and got to know one another between bouts. Not surprisingly, Mei-Ling blew through most of her opponents, but to much surprise,
so did Fen, despite her almost polar opposite personality in contrast to Mei-Ling.
The finals shaped
up to have the two friends fight one another to determine the winner of the rather good cash prize. Despite the stakes, Mei-Ling and Fen did the fight not for personal gain but to really see how each other
would fare in a ‘real’ fight, as Fen put it just before the battle began.
The two fought very beautifully, almost at the level of most mid-level world warriors, and impressed the crowd beyond
belief. The battle itself ended in a double knockout, but the two girls were
more than happy to share the money. A few days later, they had a rematch in Mei-Ling’s
family dojo in which Mei-Ling won. Fen then called Mei-Ling her “only rival”,
since no other fighter could bring her to use her full strength but her, no matter how strong that said fighter was.
The two girls grew
up together in Shanghai from that day. Now, Fen is 19. One day she got wind of an epidemic in which
people around Shanghai were going crazy and murderous. At first she was nosy enough to snoop around Shanghai
to find out what she could about the rumors, but she came up empty handed. However,
once she heard from Mei-Ling’s younger sister, Jiao, that their father was attacked by the virus, Fen jumped at the
call to take some action about it. She now joins Mei-Ling and eventually Rock
Howard on their trip to get to the bottom of the events.
PERSONALITY
Fen is practically
the opposite of her friend Mei-Ling. Where Mei-Ling plays the common sense role,
Fen is the impulsive one. However, that impulse is accompanied by a... rather
idiotic judgment. In short, Fen can really be a bit of an airhead. If it weren’t for Rock and Mei-Ling, Fen could be in trouble for numerous occasions... Despite that short coming, Fen is very spirited and determined at whatever she does. In battle Fen has the ability to be both confident and serious at the same time, yet it is rare that she’ll
be overconfident.
