Special Moves
Sakura (Cherry Blossom)
– Jan brings her arms down in a multi-hit, circling attack. If she so desires,
then Jan will perform a rising spin attack with her arm while turning around, hitting her opponent for the last hit: she turns
around while smacking her opponent down to the ground with an overhead strike.
Shunpu Renkyaku (Spring
Wind Connection Kick) – A hand-me-down move from Sakura Kasugano, Jan jumps forward with a hurricane spinning kick. If the entire move is done lightly, then she’ll add another kick to knock her
opponent away. If it is heavy, then Jan will come out the hurricane kick into
a jumping spin kick, stretching her body out while delivering, then end with a roundhouse kick.
Niwakaame (Rain Shower)
– Jan comes down with her sneaker down, covered with blue energy. The light
version is slower and covers a larger amount of area than harder levels.
Super Arts
Umi Enpawaamento
(Sea’s Empowerment) – Jan’s version of Sakura’s rare Ougi Hadouken move, Jan will concentrate her
ki and charge them a blue glow. For a select amount of time, Jan’s attacks
do more damage yet while draining her ki. She can cancel the move at anytime,
however, if her ki hits zero before she does so it’ll end on its own and severely weaken Jan.
Sakura Matsuri (Cherry
Blossom Festival) – Jan charges up, then delivers the start of her Sakura move, then adds the upper, which doesn’t
knock her opponent down. As she is turning around, she adds a kick while backing
onto her opponent, following with a few hand strikes (still with her back turned) ending with her bending down while turning
towards her opponent with double swinging uppers with her arms, hitting her opponent into the air and to the ground.
Rein Hitosashi (Rain
Dance) – Jan kicks her opponent into the air. If the first hit connects,
she follows her opponent and connects a multi hit Niwakaame. She lands before
and behind her opponent and kicks him or her back into the air. She then back
flips into the air and kicks them back to the ground, then comes down with her Niwakaame while he/she is lying on the ground.
Hyper Art
Hurricanna –
Jan winds up her leg and kicks out while hopping forward, the power stiring up a large tidal wave-like
shockwave that hits multiple times.
WINQUOTES
-
It’s not the matter of power. It’s the matter that I kicked your sorry hide easy!
-
Call me a brat kid again, and I promise
you you’ll have more than just some bruises!
-
You see?
I can do this, too!
-
I’m as original as I can be...
but I could use some more moves... Sakura?
-
Nine... and ten! That’s that! Now to get ready for more important battles!
-
Now that you know... Justice wins every
time! Hmm... Where have I heard
that before...?
HISTORY
Jan Kaito is (or
at least she believes herself to be) the #1 fan to the World Warrior Champion, Sakura Kasugnao. Living in the city of Otaru, she never was able to do much with her fascination with Sakura, other than
buying anything that had anything to do with her, weither that would be magazines with interviews and photos of her, posters,
and even tournament videos when Sakura wasn’t as big of a fighter. Before
that, Jan was just a normal schoolgirl who was best friends with Aoui Gedo, who was the top bully at their high school. Despite the fact that Aoui treated Jan like any friend would, Aoui still had the tendency
to practice her new moves on her, often times without warning... After a few
years of this, finally Jan snapped, and in a blind rage, she attacked...
...and Aoui beat
her down a few minutes later. It was then that Jan realized that if she was going
to stop these attacks, she’d have to find a way to defend herself. However,
her parents saw things differently. Being forbade to participate in martial arts
herself since they believed that she would wind up seriously hurt, Jan finally had enough, and one night slipped out of the
house to make the long journey to Tokyo to find Sakura in similar fashion that Sakura did for Ryu years ago.
Lucky for her, it
would take a lot sooner to find her idol, running into her one night in Saebe. It
was in no time flat did Jan find herself traveling with the self-proclaimed “Shadow Breakers”, learning techniques
from her idol while also learning about the threat to the world known as Shadowloo.
With such knowledge, Jan now tries her best to help her idol and the others fight against Shadowloo.
PERSONALITY
Jan is can be best
throught of as the next Sakura. They share similar qualities at that age, looking
up to their idol, longing to get stronger, and have an addictive personality. Jan
is always willing to help out those who she likes, sometimes going out of her way to do so.
She doesn’t like being thought down on due to her youth and low street fighting experience, but despite that,
she holds quite a bit of promice for a young, next generation fighter.
