Cannon Spike

The move modeled after her mother, Noel will first spin once while delivering a strong kick to her opponent’s stomach,
then quickly follow up with a jumping kick, driving her full body into her opponent’s chin, knocking them into the air.
The Cannon Spike is a bit slower to execute than her mother’s but that only happens if the first hit if blocked. If
her opponent’s in the air, it serves as a very nice anti-air attack. However, if it is blocked or avoided, Noel’s
wide open to a wide amount of attacks.

Somewhat modeled after Cammy’s Spin Knuckle, Noel will hop forward while spinning and upon landing again she’ll
throw a spinning roundhouse kick to the face. The Axl Spin’s execution time is fairly slow and she can’t sidestep
attacks since she doesn’t move to the side like her mother does. However the kick WILL knock down on contact and it’s
quite a powerful one at that.

While in the middle of a jump, Noel can stop on a dime and come down with a swift kick to the top of her opponent’s
head, covered with Psycho flames. Her opponent has to be right under her for this to connect but if it misses or is blocked
Noel has time to get away, since when she hits the ground the flames spread out a bit to stop a normal counter attack.

Noel takes a step forward and then a flash of light crosses the entire field. The flash is quick, and once it fades, Noel’s
at another point of the arena. This move happens REALLY fast and it’s easy for Noel to get away from a tight squeeze.
The opponent has a very slim chance to stop this move, so it’s really useful.

Noel will strike a rather stylish pose that actually looks like a taunt. If her opponent takes the bait and attacks, Noel
will counter with either a lightning fast Cannon Spike or the Axl Spin, minus the spin. This counter is rather powerful and
since it’s hidden within a taunt, Noel can really pull this off well if she’s winning a match. However, a projectile
can hit her out of it and it doesn’t counter any supers.

From the Mischievous Combination, Noel will latch herself onto her opponent’s head by her legs, then she’ll spin
to her opponent’s back and flip her opponent above her and slam them into the ground of that modified Frankenstiener.
Due to her abnormal physical strength, Noel can pull this off on ANYONE, no matter the size, with little problem. The move
happens rather fast, too.

From the Mischievous Combination, Noel will strike with her leg and bring herself down along with her opponent, holding onto
her opponent’s arm. Once she lands on the ground, she’ll then snap the arm back. This move HURTS... Again, due
to her Psycho Blood, Noel can do this to anyone imaginable.

powerful at all, but this is a last resort if Noel can’t use another one of her previous attacks.

Noel will take a pause to flick her hair with a hand. This is the only warning she’ll give her opponent. If they don’t
block or hit her out of it (the latter rarely occurring), another flash of light will blind the area and the next thing anyone
knows, Noel’s pummeling her opponent with all sorts of attacks, the flash occurring every time she lands a blow. She
then ends 24 hits later with an Axl Spin. Due to the warning, a good fighter will take head and block it outright, but still,
since its hidden within a taunt, even the best can be thrown off a bit; something that Noel only needs. Insanely fast, but
ultimately the move is rather weak. This move is Dream Cancellable.

An entirely new move, Noel, from the Mischievous Combination, will start off with a Tidal Splash, but this time she’ll
stay on her opponent. She’ll then position herself so that her arms and legs snap at her opponent’s neck and arms.
After that she’ll then flip three times while still wrapping her legs around her opponent’s neck, performing three
more Frankensteiners before simply walking away upon ending the devastating move. This move deals out a load of damage and,
once again, can be done on anyone imaginable.

A move completely based off of her mother’s, Noel will shoot forward along the ground with a multi-hit sliding kick
before launching up with a powered Cannon Spike. At the end of the attack, Noel
will latch her legs onto her opponent’s head and then drive them back to earth with a slam. The attack must be blocked low at startup, and its ideal for getting under moves that don’t travel
along the ground.

NAME: Assault: Code 201 Alpha

DESCRIPTION: Noel will reach into her hair to grab a small explosive, and then uses a White
Snow to get out of her opponent’s sights. Once the flash ends, Noel will
be behind her opponent and grab them from behind, planting the device on his or her body.
She’ll then go into a short barrage of attacks to throw them off, then jump away, just as the small bomb goes
off. This attack is not only versatile but a grab, from behind, so the only way
to get away is to jump as soon as the flash comes out, however, if not Dream Canceled into it is fairly slow to start up with. This move is Mystic Cancellable during the barrage of attacks into the Sol Del Masscure
without the explosion.

From the air, Noel will come down with a homing kick to her opponent. If it hits, she’ll bounce all over the place,
nailing 5 more of these homing kicks until she reaches a pretty good height above the arena, the last kick coming up through
the back of her opponent. She’ll hand in the air for a bit... then shoots down in a burst of Psycho Power and drills
herself into her opponent with a multi-hit Nail Driving until she plants them into the ground in a purple blaze. The SDM has
a slight warm up delay but its execution is fast. Unlike the White Flash, though, this move is much more powerful... if the
first kick connects. If it’s blocked, Noel bounces up into the air and floats to the ground, giving her opponent much
time to counter.

With her brother, Drake, in reserve, Noel can signal this attack. The move starts
off with her reaching to her side and charging up energy then throwing out a Psycho flare at her opponent as Drake stands
next to her and charges up his Psycho Power. Once it’s enough and the flare
connects, the two siblings will suddenly disappear from sight before striking their opponent at opposite angles with blindingly
fast strikes before crossing their opponent up wit crossing Psycho attacks. This
move comes out fairly fast, but if the initial Psycho flare is blocked, then it takes a while for the twins to abort the attack,
leaving Noel open.

PERSONALITY
Noel is the “serious”
of the two White siblings. Where her brother is cocky, Noel is the one who’s
always there to correct him and keep him in check. She’s not too much different
from her mother other than the fact that she does indeed have a fresher attitude about the events around her. She’s not a drone at all and does show emotion in her work.
